In real time, at the foot of the front face, thanks to the Laser-Tablet Profiler, implant, display and correct a mine shot.

Several points are targeted on the vertical wall of the front face and measured with the laser rangefinder. The tablet, connected to the device via a Bluetooth connection, records the coordinates of each measured point and automatically displays the profile of the forehead.

The operator can then adjust the location of the blast hole that will be drilled at this location by modifying the theoretical bench, the bench at the top of the front (hole-front distance), the drilling angle and the over-depth.

A report in « pdf » format is created automatically and can thus ensure documentary traceability.

At the location where the blasting is going to be carried out, it is interesting to know the position of the foot of the working face in relation to the chosen reference level. This information can easily be obtained by using a rotating laser on a tripod.

An easy-to-use spreadsheet is used to enter the differences in measured heights (Δh reference) at the level of each planned blast hole in order to obtain the profile of the foot of the working face at the location where the blasting will be carried out.

When the operation is completed, it is proposed to save the file and then download it. This file will be kept for quality assurance purposes and can be consulted at any time via the spreadsheet.
